These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) govern sales made on www.aylanaceremonie.fr between Aylana Cérémonie and any person making a purchase on the website.
Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products
Aylana Cérémonie offers made-to-measure ceremony dresses for children, as well as hair accessories and petticoats.
The essential characteristics of each product are specified on its product page.
Photographs and images are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur, particularly due to differences in colour rendering on screens or the handcrafted nature of certain creations.
3. Measurements and Information Provided by the Customer
For any made-to-measure dress, the customer must select the child’s actual age and provide all the measurements requested on the product page.
A Measurement Guide is available on the product pages to assist the customer.
If in doubt, the customer may contact Aylana Cérémonie for assistance in taking the measurements.
Without all the requested measurements, the order cannot be confirmed or sent for production.
The production period begins only once all the necessary information has been received and the order has been confirmed.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and information provided.
4. Order Confirmation and Modifications
The customer must carefully check the measurements, size, design, options and any customisations before confirming the order.
If a modification is required, the customer must contact Aylana Cérémonie as soon as possible.
Once the order has entered production, no changes to measurements, size, design or customisations will be possible.
5. Custom Orders – “Create My Design”
For any request for a dress or design that is not offered in the collection, the customer is invited to use the “Create My Design” section.
The feasibility, characteristics, price and any specific conditions will be determined according to the requested project.
6. Prices
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
Prices are stated in euros (€), including all applicable taxes where VAT applies.
Any delivery charges are communicated to the customer before final confirmation of the order.
Aylana Cérémonie reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.
7. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods available on the website at the time of the order.
The order is registered once payment has been confirmed, subject, in the case of made-to-measure products, to receipt of the information required to begin production.
Aylana Cérémonie reserves the right to suspend or cancel an order in the event of a declined, incomplete or irregular payment.
8. Production Times
As Aylana Cérémonie dresses are made to measure, production may take up to 8 weeks.
This period begins only once the order has been confirmed and all the information and measurements required for production have been received.
The dress may be completed sooner. However, the customer should always allow up to 8 weeks for production.
The production time does not include delivery time.
9. Delivery
Aylana Cérémonie currently ships orders throughout Europe, among the destinations available on the website when placing an order.
Once the order has been produced and is ready for dispatch, it is handed over to the carrier. Transit time is additional to production time.
Upon dispatch, the customer receives a tracking number by email, allowing them to track their parcel.
The stated transit times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier or circumstances beyond the control of Aylana Cérémonie.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided when placing the order.
10. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Made-to-Measure and Personalised Dresses
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Therefore, dresses made to measure according to the measurements, specifications or customisations provided when placing the order cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal where they fall within this legal exception.
This provision does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in the event of a defective or non-conforming product.
Hair Accessories and Petticoats
For non-personalised hair accessories and petticoats, the customer has a statutory period of 14 days in which to exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations.
Any return request must be made directly by email to aylanaceremonie@gmail.com within the applicable statutory period. The customer must provide their order number and attach photographs of the product concerned.
After receiving the request, Aylana Cérémonie will provide the customer with the information required to return the product.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Items must be returned complete and in a condition suitable for resale. However, the customer may handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed in accordance with Article 11 of these Terms and Conditions.
The provisions concerning return shipping costs in the context of withdrawal do not limit the customer’s rights where a product is defective or does not conform to the order.
11. Refunds
Hair Accessories and Petticoats
Where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised for a hair accessory or petticoat eligible for withdrawal, Aylana Cérémonie will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned parcel, after checking the condition of the product.
The product must be returned complete, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer when exercising the right of withdrawal.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.
12. Defective or Non-Conforming Product
If, upon receipt, the customer finds that a product is defective or does not conform to the order, they may contact Aylana Cérémonie:

To facilitate the processing of the request, customers are advised to provide their order number, describe the issue and attach photographs.
This procedure does not limit the consumer’s rights under the applicable statutory guarantees.
13. Statutory Guarantees
Products sold by Aylana Cérémonie benefit from the applicable statutory guarantees, including the statutory guarantee of conformity provided for by the French Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by the French Civil Code.
These guarantees remain applicable independently of the rules governing the right of withdrawal.
14. Responsibility for Measurements
Made-to-measure dresses are produced according to the measurements and information provided by the customer.
The customer must carefully check their accuracy and follow the Measurement Guide provided.
Aylana Cérémonie cannot be held responsible for an improper fit resulting exclusively from incorrect measurements provided by the customer, subject to the applicable statutory guarantees.
If in doubt, the customer is encouraged to contact Aylana Cérémonie before production begins for assistance.
15. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Aylana Cérémonie website, including texts, photographs, creations, visuals, illustrations and logos, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorised reproduction, representation or exploitation is prohibited.
16. Personal Data
Personal data collected is used in particular for managing orders, payments, deliveries and customer relations.

17. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with the applicable provisions of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge in order to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute, after first submitting a written complaint to Aylana Cérémonie.
18. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a difficulty, the customer is encouraged to contact Aylana Cérémonie first in order to seek an amicable solution.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the consumer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator or bring proceedings before the competent court in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
