Delivery

We ship your orders throughout Europe. Each order includes a tracking number, which is sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched so that you can track your parcel.

Production and Shipping Times

Our dresses are carefully made to measure in our atelier. Please allow up to 8 weeks for production from the date your order is confirmed.

Depending on the design, requested customisations and the time of year, your dress may be completed sooner. However, we recommend always allowing up to 8 weeks for production.

This timeframe applies only to the production of your dress and does not include delivery time. Once your dress is completed, it will be dispatched and additional transit time will apply depending on the destination country and carrier.

You will automatically receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves our atelier, you will automatically receive by email:

• Your tracking number
• A link to the carrier’s website
• The information required to track your parcel

Important Information

Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. Aylana Cérémonie cannot be held responsible for delays, delivery errors or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delivery delays
Delivery times are provided as estimates and depend on the carriers. Exceptional delays may occur due to weather conditions, busy periods, public holidays or customs inspections.
